Metal buildings in Springdale, AR.
We supply shops, farm and poultry support buildings, barndominiums and more around Springdale. Our work reaches from the I-49 suburbs out to Tontitown, Elm Springs and Goshen, and anywhere else you’re building. Springdale sits right on the county line, and which side you’re on changes how the shop is handled.

What people build around Springdale
Poultry country meets the I-49 suburbs here, and the buildings reflect both.
Acreage shops
Unfinished and under sixty feet wide, tubular steel is usually the answer.
Farm & poultry support
Equipment storage goes up on working ground. Red iron takes over past eighty feet.
Barndominiums
Steel truss is the fit here. Drywall attaches to the frame, so there’s no second wall to build.
Shops with a business
On the Washington County side, read the permitting section first.
We also work in cold-formed steel. See what a steel building costs.
Permitting in and around Springdale
Inside Springdale
- The city permits inside its own limits.
- We confirm setbacks and size limits before drawings are produced.
Washington County side
- There’s no building permit for homes, farm buildings or personal accessory buildings.
- The county is zoned throughout, and a business takes a Conditional Use Permit.
Benton County side
- Detached shops with no living space don’t need a building permit.
- Electrical, plumbing and HVAC still need permits.
A Springdale address can sit in either county. Wiring the shop pulls a permit on the Benton side. Running a business out of it pulls one on the Washington side. Give Ryan the address and he’ll confirm which applies.
We also serve Tontitown, Elm Springs, Bethel Heights, Johnson and Goshen. See Rogers, Northwest Arkansas or all of Arkansas.
