Estimates on this site aren’t quotes

The cost ranges, calculators, and pricing information published here are planning tools. They’re built from what we typically see across the projects we work on, and they’re meant to help you budget before you call anyone.

They are not offers, quotes, or binding prices. Your building gets priced on its own dimensions, loads, openings, site conditions, and location, and material costs move. A real number comes from an advisor after a conversation, and a binding one comes from a signed order.

The same applies to permitting and code information on this site. We publish it because it’s useful and because we work in these jurisdictions, but requirements change and every project is different. Confirm anything that matters with the authority having jurisdiction.

Your actual agreement

If you buy from us, the terms of that purchase are in the order documents you sign. Nothing on this website changes, adds to, or overrides those documents. Where this site and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement controls.

Using this site

You’re welcome to read it, use the tools, and contact us. Please don’t scrape it, copy it wholesale, use it to build a competing site, submit false information through our forms, or try to interfere with how it runs.

The text, photographs, logos, and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Our name, logo, and the phrase See Further. Build Better. are our marks. You may link to pages here; please don’t reproduce the content elsewhere without asking.

Text messages

Vantage Buildings sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have agreed to receive them. Messages relate to your quote, order, delivery and scheduling, customer service, and, if you ask, independent financing partners. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. We’ll send one message confirming you’ve opted out. Reply HELP, or call 417-218-8348, for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Third parties

This site links to and embeds tools from other companies, including design tools and review platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we don’t control them.

Where we name a concrete contractor, erector, or engineering firm anywhere on this site, that’s information, not a guarantee of their work. Any party you engage contracts with you directly.

No warranty on site content

We work to keep this site accurate and current, and we correct things when we find them wrong. But the site is provided as is. We don’t warrant that everything on it is complete, current, or error free, and we’re not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of something published here rather than a conversation with an advisor.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to one hundred dollars. This doesn’t limit any right or remedy that can’t be limited under applicable law, including the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act or the consumer protection statutes of your state, and it doesn’t affect the terms of any signed agreement between us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Missouri law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where the law of your home state provides consumer protections that can’t be waived. Any action arising from your use of this site is brought in Polk County, Missouri, or the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed.
