Metal buildings in Blanchard, OK.
We supply horse barns, hay barns, acreage shops and more across Blanchard and the Tri-City area. Our work reaches from Newcastle to Tuttle, and anywhere else you’re building. Blanchard’s city limits reach west into Grady County, so the county matters as much as the town.

What people build around Blanchard
Horse property, cattle and hay ground surround the town, and acreage homes are filling in between the metro and open country.
Horse barns & arenas
On stall barns and covered arenas, width and clear height drive the frame.
Hay & equipment
Open-sided hay barns and machine sheds go up on McClain and Grady County ground.
Acreage shops
Shops and garages go up on the newer acreage tracts around town.
Finished space
Steel truss takes drywall directly, so there’s no wood wall to build inside the steel.
We also work in tubular steel, cold-formed steel and red iron. See what a steel building costs.
Permitting metal buildings in Blanchard and McClain County
The City of Blanchard permits inside city limits. Outside them, McClain County reviews development through its floodplain office.
Inside Blanchard
- City building permits are valid for six months, and an extension takes a written request.
- Electrical, plumbing and mechanical work is done by state-licensed contractors registered with the city.
- A floodplain application goes in with the permit where it applies.
- Call Blanchard City Hall at (405) 485-9392.
Unincorporated McClain County
- Development on unincorporated ground goes through the county floodplain administrator.
- A floodplain permit is required to build in a mapped flood zone.
- The county permit application also starts the address request for a new site.
Engineering
- Our generic engineering packages are wet-sealed.
- Occupied buildings are Risk Category II.
- We run the ASCE 7 hazard tool against your address and provide the drawings your permit needs.
Check the county as well as the town. Blanchard’s limits cross into Grady County, so two Blanchard addresses can sit under different county rules once they’re outside city limits. Give us the address and we’ll sort out which office you’re dealing with.
We also serve Newcastle, Dibble, Bridge Creek, Purcell and the ranch ground between them. See the Oklahoma City metro or all of Oklahoma.
