Metal buildings in Collinsville, OK.

We supply acreage shops, farm buildings, boat and RV storage and more across Collinsville and the north side of the Tulsa metro. Our work reaches from Owasso to Oologah, and anywhere else you’re building. Collinsville sits across the Tulsa and Rogers county line, so the county decides the paperwork.

What people build around Collinsville

It’s a small town with acreage on every side, and the farm ground runs north toward Oologah Lake.

Acreage shops & garages

Shops, garages and RV storage go up on the acreage around town.

Farm buildings

Hay barns, equipment storage and livestock buildings go up north and east of town.

Boat & RV storage

Lake traffic calls for tall-door buildings, where eave height sets the price.

Finished space

Steel truss takes drywall directly, so there’s no wood wall to build inside the steel.

We also work in tubular steel, cold-formed steel and red iron. See what a steel building costs.

Permitting metal buildings in Collinsville and the county around it

The city permits inside its limits. Outside them, both counties issue building permits, and they run them differently.

Inside Collinsville

  • Permits go through the city’s building inspector.
  • Zoning comes from the mapping published through the Tulsa County Assessor.
  • Fees depend on size and use, and the inspector sets them when the permit is ready.

Unincorporated Tulsa County

  • The county requires a building permit and floodplain clearance before any structure, barns included.
  • A county driveway permit comes before the building permit.
  • Work has to start within six months and finish within one year.
  • Call Tulsa County Inspections at (918) 596-5293.

Rogers County

  • Permanent structures need a building permit everywhere in the county.
  • Drawings are attached to the application.
  • Permits run two years but lapse after six months without activity.

The county line decides the paperwork. Tulsa County gives you a year to finish. Rogers County gives you two, as long as work doesn’t stall for six months. Either way the drawings go to a reviewer, so our wet-sealed engineering goes in with the application.

We also serve Owasso, Oologah, Sperry, Talala and the farm ground between them. See the Tulsa metro or all of Oklahoma.
